Why is my application returning 503 Over Quota error with billing enabled?
My application began returning a 503 Over Quota this afternoon.
I have billing enabled on my App Engine account.
Under Dashboard -> Quota Details
(https://appengine.google.com/dashboard/quotadetails), all columns show
Rate = Okay.
Why am I getting this error?
